We are an online mortgage lender and close most of our own loans. When there is a loan we don't directly provide that might meet your needs better, we may broker out to another lender. Fax or Email Supporting Documents
After filling out the online application, you'll be able to fax or email the necessary supporting documentation. If you have a scanner, you can scan the documents and attach the images to an email. If you don't have a scanner, you're welcome to fax the documents. This saves time over mailing or even overnighting documents.
