1. GENERAL
1.1 BY VIEWING THIS SITE OR SIGNING IN (LOGING IN), YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND SERVICES.

1.2 Direct Mortgage Corp provides this website (hereafter “site”, referring to all pages, static, or otherwise, blogs, or software (currently called DirectWare® Loan Choices™ ) “as is” and does not guarantee performance or accuracy of information. 

2. USER ACCOUNTS
2.1 A username and password are required to log into DirectWare.  You are responsible for the security of the login information.  Company cannot be held liable for any use arising from unauthorized use of your login information.

2.2 Company may cancel your user account at any time, with or without notice.

2.3 All emails used in a user account must be unique. This means that two individuals may not associate the same email with both their accounts.

2.4 Users may not share accounts or logins. Each person who wishes access to DirectWare® must have his or her own login.

3. USE OF SITE, ACCURACY OF SUBMITTED INFORMATION
You agree to use this site for only legal purposes and that all information submitted is correct, truthful, and current. 

4. THIRD PARTY LINKS & VENDORS
This site may link to third parties.  Company is not responsible for any content of, or usage of third-party sites.

Company may use a third-party credit card processing company with its own terms of service and privacy policy. Company is not responsible for the actions of third-party vendor and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Company for any and all actions or failures to act of the third-party. This not withstanding, if you have a question or concern regarding a credit card transaction, Company will seek to address your question or concern in a timely manner. All correspondence regarding financial transactions should be in writing.

5. WARRANTY AND LIABILITY
Company makes no warranty for site and disclaims all liability allowed by law.

Some material is a derivitive of or is an exact or close replica of material created by the U.S. government. Direct Mortgage claims all copyrights permitted by law for this material, including presentation and derivative work while disclaiming copyright to that material that must remain in the public domain.

8. GOVERNING LAW
Any suit or question arising from use of this site will be governed by Utah Law and the courts of Utah.

Direct Mortgage Corp uses analytics programs to collect or view information about website visitors without storing any personally identifying information. Company does not resell the information it collects through these programs.

This website also employs a ‘live chat’ software that allows the collection of individual names and contact information such as email addresses. This information may be used to contact the individuals through various media, such as, but not limited to, telephone and email for matters related to Company, its products and services. The information is not sold to third parties.

User profiles are created for individuals in order to give them access to our DirectWare® Loan Choices™ software. This profile has personally identifying information that is securely stored and may be used in the course of DMC business including but not limited to analysis; advertising; marketing; and originating, processing, closing, and funding loans. The information is not sold to third parties.

Company may use a third-party credit card vendor that collects and may store personal information in order to run financial transactions on behalf of Company. Information is transmitted to this vendor via secure means. The third-party vendor has its own privacy policy. Personally identifying information collected by the third-party vendor is shared with Company for Company's business purposes. Company may use this information in the course of business, but does not sell it to third parties.

This site may link to third parties. Company is not responsible for any content of, or usage of third-party sites. Third-party sites may or may not have their own privacy policies.
